OVERVIEW

One connected restaurant experience for discovery, reservations, ordering, loyalty, reviews, saved places, and payment.

I designed end-to-end mobile experiences for ZOVU, helping people move from finding a restaurant to booking, ordering, earning rewards, reviewing, saving, and paying with less friction.

Goal: keep dense restaurant information clear, make next actions obvious, and preserve an intuitive experience.

PROBLEM

How might we connect the full dining journey in a easiest way?

Restaurant experiences are fragmented across discovery, booking, ordering, loyalty, reviews, saved places, and payment. The challenge was to reduce decisions and keep every next step obvious.

RESEARCH

I mapped guest and restaurant journeys, audited production patterns, and identified the highest-friction decisions.

BRAND & STYLE

I extended the approved Production and design systems so every new feature shared the same hierarchy, spacing, states, components, and motion language.

LOW FIDELITY

Early flows focused on information architecture, progressive disclosure, and edge cases before visual polish, helping the team validate behavior across phone sizes.

HIGH FIDELITY

Final screens balance dense restaurant data with calm, readable interactions, clear feedback, accessible states, and reusable patterns across the product.

PROTOTYPE

Interactive prototypes defined transitions, empty states, confirmations, and recovery paths so complex flows could be tested before handoff.

IMPLEMENTATION

From design intent to production-ready patterns.

I partnered closely with product and engineering, documenting responsive behavior, component states, motion, and edge cases for reliable implementation.

LAUNCH

The work created a reusable foundation for future restaurant, profile, reservation, order, loyalty, review, saved, and payment experiences.

WHAT I LEARNED

The strongest solutions came from treating each flow as part of one system: consistent rules made the product faster to understand, easier to build, and more resilient as features evolved.
