MFA Student at Rutgers University
I’m a UI/UX and graphic designer currently studying in the MFA Design program at Rutgers. My background with user research, digital design, interactive media, booklet publication, and branding. I specialize in wire framing, prototyping, and user research.
Right now, I’m a teaching assistant in undergrad design courses at Rutgers, helping students with Figma, p5.js, coding and motion design. Teaching has pushed me to communicate more clearly and think through my own process more critically, which has been a great learning experience. I’m stepping into a lecturer role to teach a full design course on my own. Being a director in design has become a meaningful part of my practice, and I’m eager to keep growing as a designer and educator.
I got my BFA in Graphic Design from Southern Utah University. That’s where I started to shift from design to more digital and interactive work. Studying from west to east in the U.S. has shaped how I think about design across different cultures and user groups.
